Gujarat Housing Board Redevelopment

Government of Gujarat is undertaking various works related to infrastructure development such as water supply network, underground drainage, planning & development of Overgrowth areas, etc.

As a part of this Re-Development strategy for very dilapidated colonies of GHB, It is intended to redevelop approx. 30,000 units in phases. To achieve the same in stringent time & quality standards, GHB intends to Empanel reputed firm for Project Management Consultancy services including, pre-construction support, supervision of construction, handing over of completed units to existing users, and post handing over, monitoring of defect liability process for Redevelopment projects.

In view of the above background, Gujarat Housing Board intends to empanel the project management consultant for project management services including review of developers proposals including Architectural Concept design, Complete Project Management and Construction Supervision, quality assurance for construction as decided by GHB including all civil and infrastructure works like internal roads, water supply, drainage and electrical works like street light, landscaping, gardening, lifts, electric sub-stations, water pumps etc. and all other connected infrastructural development works etc. to complete the project & other facilities required in all aspects.
