Rodic Consultants is a lead partner in the development of the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor, covering the section from Mughal Sarai to New Sonenagar and Chirailapathu in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India. Commissioned by the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), this project features a 147.6 km ballasted double track designed for axle loads of 25/32.5 tonnes and speeds up to 100 km/hr. Key structural components include two major PSC girder bridges, thirty-three minor bridges, two Road Under Bridges (RUBs), and two Road Over Bridges (ROBs). As the Project Management Consultant (PMC), our responsibilities span project management, design review, system and procedure development, conflict and change management, quality assurance, and comprehensive supervision of all construction activities.
We ensure adherence to the highest standards and seamless coordination among stakeholders, driving the successful realization of this critical infrastructure project. Specifically, we conduct meticulous design reviews to guarantee compliance with project specifications, develop and implement well-made systems and procedures to streamline project operations, and provide vigilant oversight of construction work to maintain quality and safety standards. Additionally, our conflict and change management strategies are essential in mitigating risks and addressing any issues that arise, ensuring that the project remains on schedule and within budget.
